There is not that much to know about Rizzo, hes just one of those people that pop up every now and then, but have no real story line following them. So far, thanks to Pieter, I now know that Rizzo has a son named Billy Bubba and a wife named Zola.

Rizzo is usually found in the motor pool, he signs out jeeps and stuff.
